CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 46(STA) "An Act relating to printing of                                       
ballot titles and propositions on primary election ballots" was read the                            
second time.                                                                                        
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis                             
objected.                                                                                           
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 46(STA) will                                      
be on the May 14 calendar.
